REFUND & RETURN POLICY

OVERVIEW
At Fressh, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of food items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

NO RETURNS
For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns of any food products.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at team@fressh.shop. 

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:

* Your order number
* A clear photo of the product
* A clear photo of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

* Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
* Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
* Shipping delays caused by the carrier
* Personal taste preferences or product expectations

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Fressh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you need to make a change, contact us immediately after placing your order at team@fressh.shop, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
