Thank you for shopping with Fressh. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Fressh is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer promotional or discounted shipping at our discretion.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Fressh is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Fressh is not responsible for:

* Lost packages
* Stolen packages
* Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at team@fressh.shop with:

* Your order number
* Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you need to make a change, contact us immediately after placing your order at team@fressh.shop, and we will do our best to assist.
