Our products are food items intended for general consumption and are not medical products. We do not make medical claims.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

All prices are listed in USD.

SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has been shipped, Fressh is not responsible for:

* Carrier delays
* Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
* Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Fressh is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers must contact the carrier directly.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at team@fressh.shop and include clear photo proof. We will review and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

ALLERGIES & CONSUMPTION DISCLAIMER
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to dairy, nuts, and gluten.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review all ingredients and allergen information before consuming any product. Fressh is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Fressh shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and product names, is the property of Fressh and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.
